Week 5 (Fables)

Our students enjoyed the park. They were leaving a big smile on their face when they slide down. They waited in line to go up the steps.

The students love to play in the gym. They can freely run around and play anything they want while taking turns. They rode the tricycles, small car and jumped on the donkeys.

Working on our fine motor skills while waiting for the morning snack.

Having fun with the odds and ends toys.

They squeezed the playdough and rolled it on the plate or separated it into small pieces. They made a very long line with playdough and made a circle.

Lately, we had two new students joined in our classroom. We want to say thank you for joining us. They already got used to our class routine, and they have made new friends already.

Life is better when you are happy. But Life is at its best when other people are HAPPY Because of YOU! Share your SMILE.😊

Time flies when you are having fun. Have an excellent week

Week 4 (Setsubun and Firefighter)

The students had fun in the Park. They love to dig out the holes in the tree.

Monday was Setsubun. Ms Sayuri made devils by using different colour balloons. The kids threw balls at them.

We had an English storytime. Mr Dean read three different books. The last one was ten little  Boppers.

Ms Sayuri read us a story about animals and where they live.

Ms Nao played the Bingo song and the kids used the maracas. They danced to different songs as well.

Every day we tried to put different toys and materials for improving kids' fine motor and gross motor skills. They played with kitchen toys, pegs, numbers and shape boxes and more.

As an art and craft, the students paint the paper plate in red. The time was the firefighter and they made fireman hat.

Mr Dean printed out 4 different pictures that begin with the letter "T." The students chose their favourite one. This time they did quite an impressive job colouring.

This week in P.E time, we used our classroom. The Kids rolled the palates balls. They crawled through the tunnel and did some physical exercise.

They were so lovely while they are eating:)

Week 3

This week, the students started with full of energy. They listened well during the morning circle time.

They played with alphabet puzzles, Anpanman flashcards, dolls, train puzzles, blocks and nurse toys.

The teachers had a competition of making the block tower, and Mr Dean was the winner.

Ms Sayuri read a Japanese story about the "oni (demon)." She brought a small plate for the "mame (bean)." She showed the kids how to throw the beans at the Demon. Also, they made their Demon hat, and they wore it and danced with the "oni wa sato" song.

Ms Nao played some songs, and the kids danced to them. They used the maracas and shook with the songs.  I loved the video when they used the Marakas. I believe you will like it too.

The student had free playtime on the 10th floor. At the end, they did some running and crawling activities.

We have Physical Education time with Ms Aynur every Friday. This week the students practised walking on a wavy line and crawled on the mat. They threw the balls through the hula hoops.
